Get into the festive spirit by making this Christmas cocktail – Christmas at the Estate. Using Furleigh Estate’s Classic Cuvée available from Duck’s Farm Shop this Christmas!
Method: In a tall glass filled with cubed ice add 25ml of clementine and redcurrant syrup then fill halfway with soda water before topping with Furleigh Estate Classic Cuvée, stir with a large sprig of rosemary and garnish with a trio of redcurrants.
*To make the syrup simply heat 2 parts of sugar to 1 part water and add one whole clementine finely chopped with a handful of pricked redcurrants, stir until all the sugar has dissolved and then leave to cool for 6 hours. Fine strain the syrup into a bottle and keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
