Ingredients

  • 10 – Peeled Carrots
  • 200g – Salted Butter
  • 200g – Caster Sugar
  • Water (enough to just cover carrots)

Christmas Side Dishes - Glazed Carrots

Sweet and sticky carrots make the yummiest of Christmas side dishes.  Enjoy with your main roast, whether it’s a goose, beef or turkey!

  1. Chop carrots at an angle, leaving them quite chunky.
  2. Place in a saucepan with sugar, butter and water.
  3. Boil until just cooked, set aside until ready to serve.
