Sweet and sticky carrots make the yummiest of Christmas side dishes. Enjoy with your main roast, whether it’s a goose, beef or turkey!
- Chop carrots at an angle, leaving them quite chunky.
- Place in a saucepan with sugar, butter and water.
- Boil until just cooked, set aside until ready to serve.
