- 50ml – Maple Syrup

Christmas Side Dishes - Maple & Mustard Parsnips
One of our delicious Christmas side dishes that is perfect as an accompaniment to your Christmas day turkey dinner. The maple syrup really enhances the sweetness of the parsnips that compliments savoury roast flavours. Serves 6.
- Peel, quarter and core the parsnips.
- Parboil them until just cooked.
- Add remaining ingredients to a jug, mix well and pour over the parsnips on a baking tray.
- Roast in the oven (180C) until the glaze starts to coat the parsnips, basting them as you go.
